Transaction_V2 endpoint gas_quote_rate broken

Gas quote rate of Transaction_V2 endpoint used to be historical eth price at the time of the transaction in given quote currency but looks like it not anymore.

Thanks for the quick turnaround. Just noticed the issue is also in Get transactions for address endpoint.
